Pedestrian access to the store will be from the lobby facing the public square, where attractive landscaping, additional small shops and links to the Arden Buildings will create a vibrant hub of shopping and socialising, with traffic calming measures to provide a safe space for the community to call its own.
The store’s service yard will be accessed off Station Approach. It will be enclosed and gated, with landscaping to screen it from residents, whilst all delivery vehicle manoeuvres will take place inside and out of sight, with no noise disruption.
